How to use this document correctly

Frequently asked questions

The store says “no return, no exchange”. Is that legal?

Blanket “no return, no exchange” policies are considered deceptive under DTI rules. For defective products you may still demand repair, replacement or refund.

Where do I complain if the seller ignores me?

File a complaint with the DTI (online or at the provincial office) attaching this letter, the receipt and evidence of the defect.
